The following document is the Findings of Fact referenced in the Vacatur Petition that was penned and submitted by my Attorney, Michael P. Ringwood, after the 2007 OPMC Hearing.  Not only was it superbly written, it is utterly inconceivable as to how our Defense efforts could have failed given the following: the substance of argument alone within the summation itself, the actual Law that applies to such a document, as well as the manner by which the Committee is required to rule on these matters.  Naturally, if you read the Vacatur Petition, you fully understand that inconceivability is readily overcome with lies and abuse of power.
